Existing Client

If you're an existing client and would like to request session time, we've got you covered! Simply fill out our session request form, and we'll get you scheduled in no time. We value your continued support and can't wait to work with you again. Let us know your preferred dates and times, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Studio Policies

  • Studio Tours: Tours are available from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. daily and must be scheduled in advance. Walk-ins are not accepted. A 3D virtual tour of Studio A is also available on our website.
  • Session Booking & Deposits: To confirm a session, a deposit must be made within 48hours of receiving an invoice or verbal booking. Sessions over 4 hours require a 50%deposit, while full payment is required upfront for sessions under 4 hours and specificservices (e.g., mastering, podcast, mixing).
  • Payment Policies: We accept cash and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmericanExpress, Discover), apple pay. For security, all card payments must be swiped in person.Phone payments are not accepted.
  • Balance Due at Session Start: Any outstanding balance must be paid in full at the startof your session.
  • Session Hold Policy: Sessions are placed on hold until a deposit (or full payment forsessions under 4 hours) or a purchase order from established labels is provided.Deposits or POs must be submitted within 48 hours, or the time slot may be released ifanother client requests it.
  • Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations within 24 hours of the session will incur a feeof 50% of the booked time (minimum of 2 hours for Studios 11, 222, loft, M and 4 hoursfor Studios A and B). No-show sessions are billed at the full time booked.
  • Session Backups: We do not automatically save backups. Please bring a storagedevice to save your session files at the end, or you may purchase a backup DVD to bestored on-site for two years. Sendspace uploads are available as a courtesy for 7 daysonly.
  • Personal Property: We are not responsible for any personal items left at the studio.Please ensure you take all personal belongings with you when your session ends.
  • Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your session to avoid delays, as late arrivals mayimpact your booked time.
  • Studio Conduct: All clients and guests are expected to respect studio staff, equipment,and property. Any damages caused by misuse will be billed to the client.
  • Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted in all rooms (except Studio 11 Control Room) with the exception of tobacco. Tobacco smoking is not allowed in control rooms, only in designated areas. This is for the protection of our rare and vintage equipment.
  • Temperature Control: The studios are maintained between 70-72°F to protectequipment. Please dress accordingly and bring a jacket if needed.
  • Minors: Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during sessionsunless prior arrangements have been made.
